PayPal Adaptive Payments balance check?
I recently created a crowdfunding platform using PayPal Adaptive Payments
and everything works fine.
But i have one important question.
Can I check if a user has a sufficient amount of money before he completes
the authorization ? I ask this because if i take in example 10€ and the
paypal account hasn't the right amount of money available the whole
project may be cancelled.
I want to prevent this problem blocking the user BEFORE he can authorize
the payment. Is that possible or I have to trust my users ???
